Our Chickens and Rabbits are doing well, over the winter, our chickens slowed down on producing eggs and now that it is starting to warm up, they have started to lay more eggs and soon we will be able to sell eggs again. We have just bred our rabbits so we’re looking forward to some baby rabbits in the next couple months. Those will be for sale and we also have two more rabbits that were born 14 weeks ago that are for sale, one male (chocolate brown) and one female (black). Check shop for details.

As winter comes to an end and spring approaches, the temperatures are rising and so is the bees work ethics. We can see that they are becoming more and more active as the days pass looking for pollen and nectar to make honey. We can expect to start seeing honey soon and hope to have lots of it this year. Here is a picture from the end of our 2024 season where we processed our meat birds and rabbits. It is certainly satisfying knowing that you have your own food source and that you know what's in it.
